1. Sponsor
The Busch Light Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Western Wyoming Beverages, Inc., located at 100 Reliance Road, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901 (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any concert venue, ticketing company, artist, performer, promoter, retailer, social media platform, or Anheuser-Busch/Busch Light unless expressly stated by Sponsor in writing.
The artists, performers, bands, venues, promoters, ticketing companies, and event organizers associated with any concert tickets awarded as prizes are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or participants in this Sweepstakes. No artist, performer, band, venue, promoter, ticketing company, or event organizer is affiliated with, responsible for, or involved in the administration, advertising, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or operation of this Sweepstakes in any way.
All artist names, venue names, event names, and trademarks are used solely for the purpose of identifying the applicable concert prize.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time on June 24th, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on August 16th, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer or designated timekeeping device shall be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Wyoming who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within Sponsor’s distribution territory, including but not limited to Sweetwater, Uinta, Lincoln, Sublette, and Teton Counties.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, participating retailers, Anheuser-Busch, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
A. Golden Ticket Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible consumers may find a Busch Light Golden Ticket in or associated with select promotional Busch Light packages available at participating retailers within Sponsor’s distribution territory, while supplies last.
Finding a Golden Ticket does not automatically guarantee final prize fulfillment unless the potential winner satisfies all eligibility requirements, follows all claim instructions, and is verified by Sponsor, and wins the final drawing.
B. No Purchase Necessary Online Entry
To enter without purchase, visit WesternWyomingBeverage.com and complete the no-purchase necessary form to enter.
Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same person in excess of the stated limit may be disqualified.
Incomplete, illegible, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. Prize Description
Prizes consist of concert ticket packages to select regional concerts, which may include, but are not limited to:
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize varies.
6. Prize Expenses / Tickets Only
Each prize consists only of the concert tickets specifically stated by Sponsor. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Sponsor, prizes do not include transportation, airfare, fuel, mileage, lodging, hotel accommodation, parking, meals, beverages, merchandise, gratuities, taxes, service fees, convenience fees, insurance, or any other costs or expenses associated with attending or redeeming the prize.
All expenses not specifically included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner and, if applicable, the winner’s guest. Winner and guest are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all travel, lodging, transportation, and other expenses related to attending the applicable concert or event.
Tickets are subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions printed on or associated with the tickets and imposed by the venue, promoter, ticket provider, or artist. Sponsor is not responsible if any concert is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, canceled, or otherwise unavailable for any reason.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection and Drawing Parties
Potential winners may be selected through one or more random drawings, Golden Ticket redemptions, or designated drawing events, including but not limited to:
Attendance at a drawing party is not required to win.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Potential winners will be notified by phone, email, mail, or in person, as determined by Sponsor.
Potential winners may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification showing that they are at least 21 years of age. Potential winners may also be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, and any required tax forms within the time period specified by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time, fails to provide required documentation, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes available.
10. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to defraud Sponsor, or otherwise undermines the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, supply issues, legal restrictions, event cancellations, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
11. Alcohol Responsibility
This Sweepstakes is intended only for adults who are 21 years of age or older. Sponsor encourages responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
No alcoholic beverage is awarded as a prize. Winners and guests are responsible for complying with all venue rules, alcohol laws, and applicable regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to deny prize fulfillment to any person who appears intoxicated, provides false information, or cannot verify legal drinking age.
12. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, city, and state for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
13. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating retailers, Anheuser-Busch and its affiliates, concert venues, artists, performers, bands, promoters, ticketing companies, event organizers, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
The inclusion of any concert, artist, performer, venue, or event as part of a prize description does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or involvement by such artist, performer, venue, promoter, ticketing company, or event organizer.
14. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
15. Disputes
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting potential winners, prize fulfillment, and as otherwise permitted by law.
